  Rice is a group of basic cereal products that has a special role in feeding people in society. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the changes in total productivity of rice production factors in Iran by experimental analysis based on Farperimont index. Therefore, for this purpose, using the data of the sample census plan in the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture in a 30-year period from 1988-2017 and using non-parametric method and experimental analysis based on Farprimont index. To calculate changes and interest growth. ¬In the above-mentioned index and using DPIN software has been used. The results of calculations show that the average change in productivity of total Iranian rice production in the mentioned period for the Farperimont index has (10% increase). According to the analysis of the above data and the average increase in total productivity changes in this index, has been due to increased technological changes. Therefore, by using the new technology in all stages of planting, holding, harvesting rice and also in the optimal use of agricultural inputs to increase rice production, he tried to improve the productivity of this strategic product. It is also recommended as an executive work policy to achieve a sustainable productivity in the country and by reducing the import of this product and reducing the outflow of currency from the country.   The issue of financing and attracting capital is among the important and influential factors in the decision-making process in organizations and companies. The present research was carried out with the aim of investigating the optimal methods for financing the production-distribution cooperative companies of Kashmer city. The statistical population of the current research includes all types of production cooperative companies active in Kashmer city, which number 148 companies. The statistical sample of the research was selected using the Kokoran formula of 85 companies. This research was carried out using the survey method (field research) of distributing questionnaires with standard components and with the help of managers of cooperative companies, experts and experts in the field of cooperatives of the General Department of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare of Kashmer city. Structural equations and exploratory factor analysis methods and Spss 24 and smartpls.3 software were used to perform the final analysis in the descriptive and inferential statistics section. The results of the research showed that the economic status of the members is in the first place, the participation and cooperation of the banks in the second place, Macro political and economic factors in the third place, supporting policies in the fourth place and people's participation in the fifth place are the effective factors on the financing of production-distribution cooperative companies in Kashmar city. Also, the results showed that the financing methods of production-distribution companies of the cooperative sector affect their performance. So that the variable of the economic status of the cooperative members has the most influence and the variable of people's participation has the least influence on the performance of the production cooperative companies active in Kashmer city.   The cement industry is considered one of the most important, fast-moving and influential industries in the industrial development and growth of any country. In the current research, by analytical and computational methods, the economic situation of cement in various fields including its market structure in Iran and the world in the period of 2012-2018 has been investigated. The results obtained in Iran have shown that the cement production capacity has a growing trend and an excess of supply compared to demand. The countries of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait have been the most important target markets for Iran's cement exports so far. Determining the price of cement through the commodity exchange has removed the existing challenges. The cement industry is one of the energy-intensive industries, which has the largest consumption of fuel oil (furnace oil) among the different energies compared to all industries. the production companies in order to manage costs are mainly located in the border points and close to the production raw materials and they export their products to the nearest target market. The results of Herfindahl-Hirschman concentration index calculations, by information of 36 active companies and members of the stock exchange in Iran, showed that this industry has a monopolistic competition structure regardless of the ownership effect, and a multilateral monopoly structure in terms of the ownership effect.
